Mr. Monopoly hands down for the male part. He got lots of dough stacks and a race car. I hate his dog though. If not him, then it would probably be me as a Sim in the game The Sims2.

As for female, it would probably have to be the female workers in the RTS game, Age of Mythology. Especially when they gather berries and gold resources.
