Rockstar wont make another inferior GTA, that you can count on.

Rockstar, like any other company, want $$$. Even if ps3 miraculously overtook the 360 next month, there would still be a 360 version even if it has dumbed down features. Even when the ps2 was reigning supreme, GTA still came to the xbox because those extra copies are  worth much more than the port cost.

Yes thats true, but rockstar wants to create a bigger game, they released the statement and if microsoft doesnt use something like blu-ray on the 360 they wont get the next GTA no matter what, also those GTA fans would just buy a ps3

Are you sure rockstar would threaten M$? I'm sure they want lower royalty fees. Also, M$ paid them $50 mil for DLC. Even, Sony won't do this especially not right now. Rockstar loves the M$ funds. They help Take-Two pay lawyers to fend off EA's acquisition. Its also rumored that the 360 may see its successor in 2010. That would definitely use blu-ray or "downloads" like some xbots claim. The next GTA may release on the next-box and ps3.

People seem to like idea of GTA : Tokyo. Maybe it would entice Japanese gamers in, as GTA has never been big in Japan

GTAIV will likely end up with lifetime sales of 7+ million copies on the 360 and people are dreaming if they think Rockstar is going to leave that kind of money on the table with the next game in the series.

I think they should go back to London, but Tokyo would also be sweet.

They just better bring back the fun. I don't want realism. I want fun.  Taking Michelle out on dates was not fun.  Especially when it wouldn't even let you mess around with Michelle by doing things like picking her up in the trash truck and taking her to the strip club.

I hope it is better than GTA 4. There are too many GTA games in my opinion. I am bored of the series. It has all been done before.

I already know, it is useless to try to "advise" a 15 year old chap with 12.000 posts, who has opinion FOR EVERY FREAKIN game out there, but may I say, for a period, your posts were almost (almost) logical and your arguments were almost (almost) making some sense. But I guess this period is over, and it was some kind of time out (?).
Now, you are annoying again. Could you please STFU in some threads? You almost dominate every bloody PS3 thread like a strew dog and bite left and right everyone who disagrees with your opinion and the general idea that "PS3 domination is here in every aspect". The reason most GTA games have been in the U.S. is because it's one of the most diverse nations on the surface of the earth (race wise). Somewhere like Tokyo only has traces amounts of other races or ethnicities, and pretty much everyone else is Japanese.

If you've played GTA4, your bosses are from all over the place (this is why a New York style setting works so well. You have several Russian bosses, an Italian boss, several Black bosses, several Irish bosses, and even a Hispanic boss or two. And I'm only at about 60% completion.
