I beat Chrono Cross, and I STILL don't know what the story was! MGS3 is my personal fave.

It often takes several playthroughs to fully figure out the story in CC.  The same thing could be said about Xenogears

FF6. Chrono Cross? One of the worst games I've ever played. Chrono Trigger? One of the best.

Xenogears has a more complex story than CC so I would imagine that certain parts of the story would be confusing
