Well, I fully expect Nintendo to announce a new DS model this year. Been saying that for months. E3 would indeed make the most sense. They need a new one.

New DS: I doubt it. There really isn't much to do with it at this point other than solving the hinge durability issues, and Nintendo won't release a visibly different model for that reason alone. They'll want to add something else, and there really isn't all that much that's feasible to add at this point.
36Tii: Relatively likely, but it will fail. Developers will ignore it, players will reject it, and its makers will miss the point entirely.
DS RPGs: Probably. Two of the games listed here are already known to be coming, so the prediction really only predicts two other RPGs. The odds of this, while not certain, are fairly high.
Complexity is not depth. Machismo is not maturity. Obsession is not dedication. Tedium is not challenge. Support gaming: support the Wii.

That won't be too hard since several companies aren't even attending.

Yeah I like those ideas. Nintendo has said it wanted to help smaller companies... well a DS that could download games would go a long way.
ALSO since the DS has been use in Museum in Japan, in the Mariner's Ball Diamond in America (to do replays and order food) and to teach English in schools; having memory and more capabilities would be very helpful toward making DS more a way of life than a game system.

Sure there is. It's a GAME system. You know, for playing GAMES. There is no need for this kind of bloat.

I most certainly hope so, because if it is then Nintendo has failed. So many flaws in that design its ridiculous.
