All you have to do is challenge on of the bottom two. Win, and you're in.

This is a No More Heroes style tournament. You can either challenge 1 or 2 spots ahead of you (for you this is numbers 20 and 19). If you win you claim their spot, and if you lose you can always try the other spot, or wait a week and then try again. At least, that's how I think this thing works...
