It never had a chance against those other games. Anyone who even bothered to look at the historical sales would have known that MGS 4 would never, ever have a chance of being the best selling game of 2008. It won't even end with 1/2 of the sales of the best selling game.

Thats just pushing it MGS4 will have at least 1/2 of the best selling.

well, this sucks, because one of the last two, SSBB or Mario Kart are most likely to be the best sellign game of 2008!! (not GTA IV, yeah - as Wii Fit and Mario Kart are still on top5 and GTA IV was just for the 1st 2-3 weeks!!)

No, it won't.  MGS 4 won't have even 1/2 as many sales as Mario Kart Wii.

I find it odd that since MGS4 released and proved once and for all it had no chance that it moved up into 1st place (it used to be behind GTAIV (360))
