mine broke down the screen froze I had it over A year and the service was second to none. collected from my house and brought back repaired in 9 days didnt cost me A penny. that was my experience and I was very happy with the sevice I got.

1. If you have alot of money to sustain a court battle for as long as it takes

2.or if you can defend yourself

3. If you want to lose money because the chances of your success is very low, especially if you read the terms and conditions of your warranty
