Well Montana, you and me both. I've never heard of this soda = burning pee ordeal.

Then again fapping never caused any problems for me either... Maybe we just have super penises.

Did that sound gay?

I've often thought of myself in that light.

Really, how would soda hurt your penis? Is it going to carbonate your urethra so it's more fizzy when you pee? There's really no good reason. I drink tons and tons of soda every day and mine doesn't hurt much at all. Then again, I'm not 15 nor am I a chronic masturbator (so those could be possiblities as well).

I want someone to bump this thread in like ~6 months so all the new members can have insight into the regulars.

Try staying away from soda altogether...You might as well be drinking from a septic tank. Stick with water(and plenty of it) this summer...you will feel much healthier for it...

...What?

Montana, after a quick google search, I found people saying that soda makes your pee more acidic, which in turns make it burn when you pee.

Well at least we know our penises can handle acidic conditions. Someday, when that becomes a necessity, we'll be praising natural selection working in our favor.

Now we just need to think of a name, because "super penis" sounds sorta lame.

I used to drink lots of pop and I never got penis burns. I'm sticking with my diabetes diagnosis.

That makes sense Wfz, but some fruits contains large amounts of acids too. And doctors recommend you eat large portions of them everyday. That said, no pain, no gain. If you want a sissy pee-hole then continue to drink water while the rest of us live it up drinking soda.

Source: I concur.

Do we even need to bump this thread 6 months from now? I could see it living until then.

This happens if you own a Wii and play with it for too long. You just wear your Wii out!

Sorry, I had to do that, but seriously, if it keeps acting up you should see a doctor. Drinking a lot of water is a good idea. Laying off the soda wouldn't be a bad idea just to see if that is causing it.

Cranberry juice is a good idea too.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

You realize this is Leo-j you're talking to, right?

What's up with everyone's assertation that soda might be the problem? I'd love to see an actual article demonstrating evidence, or even a believed cause.
