Well Ferrari is in this game, Porche has always (sort of) been in with RUF but Lambo...
Also rumour has it that part of the reason that the companies are giving free license is the very fact that there are no crash damage models.
As for Nissan, they certainly are in love with the GT series, just look at the new competition with GT5: p where if your times are fast enough in a 350Z you can win a seat at some kind of Nissan racing academy
