the main reason for me to get this isnt cause its a fatal frame
its cause its a suda51 game

I only heard about Suda51 not Itagaki especially after the lawsuit I doubt it.

I just scored me a cheap used copy of Fatal Frame II Director's Cut for the Xbox, which according to all the sites I checked is supposed to work on the 360 through backwards compatibility. They also had Fatal Frame I, but that one only works in the American 360 :(

It's supposed to be one of the best survival horror games, I'll use it as a warm up for Fatal Frame 4 if it's any good.
