To be fair, I don't see any difference between Nintendo and Microsoft in that regard. Sony is the only one which really made an effort in this area.
Do you want one example? Wii Fit isn't localized for most of Europe's languages. Not even with subtitles (which is all the smalller countries demand since that's the standard for movies and TV shows).
