That should help sales of Soul Calibur 4, with the appearance of Kratos. So Master Chief in the X360 version?

I really hope so. That would certainly be an awesome edition, though I still think Sony should make a Super Sony Brothers, though they would have to work very hard to make sure that they don't spoil characters by making the game crap

Ive only heard that Vader and his apprentice are in the PS3 version, heard nothing of Kratos although he would be welcome.

If there is going to be a exclusive character in the 360 version, then it's going to be Altair.  Remeber, the users all use weapons of somesort and they would need to be able to put a sizeable move set on them, something that would be very tough to do for a Energy Sword wielding spartan.
