I don't think Drake and Josh got cancelled. I think everyone just wanted to do something else, like move on. It sure didn't take long for the little sister.

I saw it a few times, I only watched it because it was on right after Recess. I never really wanted to watch it, but after seeing the first few minutes I was always hooked.

Recess rocks by the way. Still one of my favourite shows.
