That is not really what the article says, it says 2008 is not the year of PS3, so maybe 2009 finally will. Then again, the article does use pretty out of date data, and does not mention that the PS3 has passed the Xbox in Europe, and prologue selling poorly in the US has been more than made up for by its sales in Europe

Anyway, with a 2009 line-up of: EyePet, Infamous, GT 5!!!!, FF XIII (JP), inFamous, Killzone 2, God of War, MAG, next Naughty Dog game, next Ratchet and probably one or two more, plus a major price cut, 2009 will be a great year for PS3

Even if in 2009 PS3 will continue to trash Xbox360 like in past 2 weeks, Wii will outsell it by a great margin so 2009 will be Wii year just like: 2007, 2008 there is enough interesting titles coming to the Wii. Plus another titles that would attract new gamers: Wii Music, Animal Crossing
