That way all the trolling/insults/fanboys could say/do whatever they want in this forum without fear of being banned.  And if you don't like those type of discussions, you just stay away from that forum.

Then there should be a zero tolerance policy in the rest of the forums.

I agree, make a loony bin for console warriors. Lock them up!

Banning them won't work because they'll just re-register with a proxy. You need to give the idiots a place to play.
