This is incredibly infuriating. I'm working om my thesis and had little to no problem writing up my case-file, my literary background etc... but now that I have gotten to my analysis I'm completely stumped.

It's not like I worked without a plan. I have my propositions ready, I even had my conclusion in my head. Yet now, I don't know how to write to it. I'm just looking the ever-blinking flickre of the word-stripe.

What do you guys do in such a situation?

I take a break for a couple of hours. Watch a movie, play video games or go outside or anything to force the brain into a different state of mind. Then when I return the words are usually there.

 I'm researching what factors contribute to knowledge sharing between internal and external consultants. This foloowing my internship at a consultancy. If you are familiair with the subject - I've already gone into the social capital model of Nahapiet and Goshal (1998) and coupled this to Alexopoulos and Monks' coupling with HRM (2004).

I've also gone into communities of practice, and coöpetition as main obstacle.

Though I don't know anything about consultancy knowledge sharing, I have done a substantial amount of work on social capital.  IF you wanted to go further down that road, there is all sorts of research freely avaliable through google documenting 50 years of advancement in social capital theory (primarily from the USA) that can easily be applied to many situations.

Possible factors to look at include trust, mutual benefit, security etc...

I have an animators block right now, basicly I just cant get the motivation to get up and start animating. Its very annoying but I find if I start then Im fine about it, but i just cant start!!!! D:

Sometimes it helps to write about the block. Go into free-write mode and detail out how silly it is that you're stuck. Explain all the reasons (kind of like you have done here) for why there should be no block. A lot of times writing in a different style for 10-20 minutes will get you back on track for getting back to work.

My conclusion basicly is that the 9 dimensions mentioned re not enough as there is still a lot of supportive and facilitating work to be done. But if you have more sources then please do share.
