Forums - Microsoft - E3: M$ secret 2 games.... I have an educated prediction what they are.

Of the 2 "super secret" MS games, one of them is Lips. It is a SingStar knock-off. I'd bet the other is Halo Wars.

I'm beginning to think that Alan Wake will never see the light of day. It won't be cancelled because MS would never cancel a game (looks at Marvel Universe Online).

Forza 3 in 2009, before GT5? And how will it look like, just like Forza 2 with some tweaked graphics??? To make game that will look awesome, with 100 tracks and more then over 400 cars that will look realistic(not like forza 2) it will take years, not some year and a half.

 Could you explain this sentence? The last game was released 13 months ago, so if you liked it, you would be pissed that the sequel is released like 18 months later... strange. I would look forward to it. But I don't like racing games.

 

Well, I would want development time of at least two years. Then it won't be rushed at all, and it gives them enough time to make great improvements. 

For example, I really like the Pro Evolution Soccer series, but I wish they would come out every two years, rather then every year. Because one year isn't enough time to change much.

The game was announced as a sidebar in Gamepro's latest Halo Wars cover story, but only the name, the fact that it's 'episodic', it's a unique fusion of gaming and cinema, Chief ain't the star, and it's the Peter Jackson game.

 

It won't be either of the games in the OP, as 'secret' means 'something you don't know about'.  As we only know the name of HC (and even then, only the 1337 few of us on the interwebz know that), it will probably be one of them.  As for the other, I'm thinking it could be Bioshock 2, or that rumoured Conker game that supposedly is bundled with the X-Mote.

Didnt GT5p come out this year and GT5 comes out next? If that doesn't piss you off I don't see how Forza 2 - 3 a year later will piss off anyone...

The point is, if they release a Pro Evo title every year, then every Pro Evo title is rushed.

Umm... GT5:P is a (massive) demo of GT5. I don't see how the two cases are comparable.

Wasn't Alan Wake confirmed for 09?

And this RE5 exclusivity story is starting to become like the MGS4 exclusivity crap.

They have no reason for it not to be multiplatform, after the success of DMC4 simultaneously launching on both platforms. This will be exactly like that.
