PS3 GTAIV most likely, but combined sales, no chance.

MGS 4 has a chance of surpassing the PS3 GTA IV in sales. But overtaking the 360 GTA IV is a long shot. GTA IV games have more widespread appeal and will have long legs.

I can't believe there are that much people think MGS4 will be the best selling game this year. GTA is GTA and MGS is MGS. GTA has always been bigger and GTA4 is huge.

No way. In the long run it would require that MGS4 sell to about 1/3 of all PS3 owners. The percentiles are clearly in GTAIVs favor. Besides MGS is a harder core franchise than GTA.
