yet in Others it only sold 138k. that's nothing to sneeze at but it really doesn't boost the belief that that is where Ninty shipped it's Wii's. I honestly believe that the surge Wii got fSurge that Wii got from the big 3 launches havedied down some and also you have to factor in the slower summer season.

Is the Wii still supply constrained in the US? I haven't checked in a while. I know it's not as bad as it was in, say, December/January, but I believe you still have to be on your toes to find one.

A year ago if I said Ps3 woud outsell Wii in MGS4 week instead of the GTA 4 week...I would've been called mad!

 

There was also a bundle and a 100$ gift card. None of us knew this. The major reason MGS4 sold and PS3s sold was becuase this made it cheaper then the price of a Wii. Simple as that.

Also, why is this some kind of game. I mean, this is big biusness. It's not like ANY of you get anything from any of these systems doing well. For the past week it's felt like some kind of game.

PS360 sales are neck and neck on a week to week basis in the UK, Gran Turismo 5 will be the big one for UK PS3 sales anyway(MGS4 is not a system seller here). also PS3 has sold over 1m here, that should be more than enough to get good support.  as for PS3 sales to collapse again within a week, i sincerley doubt it.

Well more the reason I'm looking at them is for next week since Brawl I think is coming for them and there starting to stockpile them up.

I think we should write him a comment. Last time he didn't show up for a week (due to some kind of illness), he completely missed SO4's time exclusivity deal. Heck, we don't want him to miss out any more news, do we?

 

Jokes aside, I'm pretty shocked PS3 outsold 360 by 2:1 in US. Albit any changes by ioi, it is a good week
