Forums - Nintendo Discussion - My motion controls are messed up

My motion controls are totally useless. No matter what I do, they do something different. I tried going into Nintendo's sites, but I found no help.

Have any of you experienced anything that can help me? This has been going on for a few weeks now, and Boom Blox has a few parts that are unplayable because of it.

Where is your sensor bar set up? And does the Wii know where it is set up?

Also...you can adjust the sensitivity in the menu.

And...how are your batteries doing?

Yeah, make sure that the front of your Wiimote is clean along with your sensor bar. I'd change the batteries and then check the sensitivity.

If all else fails, just call Nintendo. Best customer service IMO.

Maybe its the sensor bar.

Nintendo still doomed?

make sure there isn't anything between you and the sensor bar - i have to move my coffee table when i play for that reason.

don't mean to be mean but....make sure you're playing the game correctly. i've seen a lot of my friends complain that the wii-mote doesn't follow their motions correctly when in reality they aren't moving the controls in the way the game is looking for. is there a specific part that the controls of boom blox aren't working for you?

I'm playing correctly. I finished TP twice, but on the 3rd time (a year after), I can't really aim.

It has gone so far I wish I could just use analog on stuff.

I have nothing between me and my Wii.

Serious sugestion here, try the candle techniqe, not as a final solution but to see if the sensor bar is the thing messing up, if it is then you know whats wrong and therefore how to fix it. Good luck

I heard that other Blue-tooth devices might mess the control up, do you have a cell phone with BT on near by
