Man this game.... its been long since a game has twisted one's emotions this deep.

There were so many points throughout the game where I just couldn't help but shed buckets of man tears (seriously, I could not hold back the dam, and released the floodgates) and then afterwards thinking "fuck you Kojima, good show ;_;". A master of twisting your emotions howling like a tortured infant.

Now after I have completed the game, a feeling of emptiness has come over me.

Everything has been concluded, tied and answered....

The Metal Gear Solid Saga is over...

... Nearly 9 years ago I played the first MGS. And now the curtains have gone down...

... on a related note its approprately raining today. Somehow seems fitting with the completion of MGS4. ;_;

And I still have at least two acts to go. :(

All of this tear-jerking stuff happened after the boss fight of Act 3, I presume? :P

Congratulations. Its always nice to finish a big gaming saga.
But I understand the weird empty feeling, I had it after OoT.

i cried in every mgs i played

I haven't cried yet, but I have been deeply moved. I'm on act 5 - just taking my time a little. But I feel for Snake and the cast of mgs. I love games that stir up the emotion. First game I shed a tear for was ff7. Thanks for being a man and admitting you cried in mgs4. A good story is a good story no matter what medium is used. That is why I love video games.

I wont spoil anything, so I cant answer that.

Last time I cried in media was when I watched the Season 8 Finale of ER and Dr. Greene died.

I cried like a little baby...

Never cried for a video game though.

What act are you people crying in? I'm almost done with Act IV and there hasn't been one moment where crying even crossed my mind (though they do a pretty good job of beating the crap out of Snake in several different occasions).

I'm getting there, Fighting Crying Wolf now.
