NOOO! You're confusing E3 with something else, I think you're talking about TGS. I've seen E3 2006 and E3 2007 I never seen Brawl there. Maybe E3 2005? Hardly...

I think konnichiwa confused on later announcements on E3 and the E3 conference itself. SSBB announced after the 1 hour private invite on the net, but not in the conference itself.

E3 2005 is most memorable to me. I was at the Nintendo E3 media briefing room (unfortunately they weren't using the Kodiak Theater yet) when they showed Link transform into a wolf for the first time. The video team had to edit out some audio because I blurted out, "Holy shit. He just went Teen Wolf on us."

It was memorable for other reasons as well but they weren't related to E3 itself like one my writers getting 6 lap dances in a raw at $40.00 each thinking he only had to pay for 1.

 Sounded like fun.

E3 2006.

Miyamoto coming out with the Master Sword and the Hylian Shield. Also the most cheering I've ever seen... and Twilight Princess was such a good game. Win on all counts.

^^ For me it was that Zelda Twilight Princess trailer. People were going crazy over it... So did I when I saw it! XD
