I think towards the end we just started chucking them at anything that moved, because guns sure weren't having any effect.

'Course, grenades didn't either, so the whole thing was moot...

I think we need to work on our team tactics more. Holding a spot doesn't seem to have worked: perhaps next time we can just break up into squads of three or four, and roam around picking off strays? That way we'll be guaranteed some unit cohesion, at the least.

Since many of you are finishing finals soon, how about we go back to the old ways, and start having games on Thursday too? That way we can all get better. We finally have enough members to do a Team Deathmatch here too, which would help a lot for these inter-forum games.

I actually did a lot better than I thought I would. The plan fell apart quickly.. they all headed to the graveyard and we could not keep it. I had fun,, though I am still used to losing most games.

I dont mid losing either, in fact i usually do in our League matches. I keep playing because its fun. Why, becuase i always feel as if i have a chance. This was totally different. We never had a chance, like Noname said, wed be lucky to end the match with a positive score. Why not postpone VS matches till we practice more? I wont feel like such a loser then :P

You have to remember too that we have a few "new" players.. I for instance.. not only do I not do much in the way of help for the team.. as far as back up, ect.. but I give them a lot more deaths as well to their score. They had a lot of good players who played well together.. you guys only had about 4-5 with someone like me hurting the team.

Congratulate them for me, please. They did one hell of a job, my bitching and moaning aside, and they deserve their kudos.

I agree with stopping the games with Gamespot. My intention with starting this up was to add more "fun" to our games. Guess that did not work out so well, eh? Well, my intensions were good.

I also gave up a lot to them, the first match I dies 25 times! And did not have many kills at all...

Well if we do a Thursday game, maybe we should keep GS open on Sunday. Getting our asses kicked might give us motivation to get better...
