LOL. That's quite the prediction. I loves me some Metal Gear but I don't think it'll do anywhere near those numbers. 3 million in the first week? 500k PS3s in that week?

Yes - this game will sell better first week than any Wii game, and any X360 game except for Halo 3 first week.

Austria will also win the Euro 2008.

I just made it up lol. Sales estimates are extrapolations. But I guess it will not be far off the mark give or take a couple hundred thousand for opening days sales. Consoles well could be  over 350 000 for the week for PS3.

300.000 figure is without bundles so actual sales are bigger on first day. But it seem that 2 million week one is posible now WW.

So because Japanese first day sales are a bit higher than most expected all of a sudden the whole world does the same? Those numbers for Europe and the US are not even certain for the whole week, let alone the first day.

I'd hope 1.5 opening week....

I was scrolling up and down for a link to the data, then the thought of that this is a prediction came to me. Lol...
