yep, aparently it's in the game, it's just one of many jokes that Kojima put into the game.

That's pretty funny if it's actually in. All we need here now is that picture with MGS4 for the 360 with like 20 discs, lol.
Its actually in the game, Konami forced the site that originally put it up to take it down. Where are the guys saying this is going to 360 at?
