Sin City. Not necessarily be set with the events in the movie. But set in the same world.

Edit:(This part of the post does reveal details about scenes in the film Kill Bill, so if you still plan to watch it - Spoilers!) I don't see how Kill Bill would work as a game. What are you gonna do? It would be super short. Unless they changed things up a bit. Like when she goes to kill Oren, maybe the level could be stealthy until and you have to pass Orens men for you to reach Oren? Other than that, you'd just have to kill people, usually, one on one. The only other time she really takes on more than one person is when she fights the Crazy 88. And there aren't even 88 of them.

 I see a GTA like game with the style of Sin City and more kill stuff and less talk. Mad World is the closest i see coming to it though.
