Pretty good for comparison. Actually it looks quite nice for a Wii game. The background looks pretty bad on the Wii version but the Jedi looks quite good. For the resolution you can find the same issues with many other games (For example perfect 1080p screenshots of Ninja2 or absolutely sharp Haze pictures at 720p on IGN) If you do not care about framerate you can pretty much render in any resolution. So this will most likely be 640*480 also.

Did I miss some new firmware updates that Wii can now run at 720p?
And yup I know what are 480p,480i,576i,720p,1080i,1080p stand for. Currently as of today Wii can only run at max 480p.
