Great. Now my son is going to want us to get the Wii version instead of the 360 version. Oh, well... always wanted to swing a lightsaber with the Wiimote.

It's not.  They've already confirmed Duel Mode is local only.

Good to know this will be the superior version, great controls, multiplayer and great graphics. Day one purchase.
