Ok...so it begs the question...why was Weezy banned? Was it simply his cussing/duplicate accounts?

Oh well, it's very easy to tell who's who if you have an IP address checking tool. I doubt any returnees would deliberately post only in public libraries and cyber cafes after the permaban.
