The most recent issue of Japanese game mag Famitsu announces that ninja stealth action title Tenchu 4 is headed for the Wii. The game will be developed by Acquire who worked on the early Tenchu titles and Armored Core dev From Software who churned out Xbox 360 exclusive Tenchu Z.

It's a shame Tenchu sucked after the second PS1 game. It really is, we need more great ninja games that focus on pure stealth, planned out approaches and filthy backstabbery, the first was very good, if also very flawed.

It's like no other game in the series has managed to do better than the first, I want this to be great but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

Just to let you know, the original developer who made the 2 original games are working on this Wii version so rest assured its as good as the first Tenchu...

^ This game was different than Tenchu Z, it already have different developer than in Tenchu Z. And the developers are the original developers in the first game THIS ISNT TENCHU Z.
