Good job! My only concern would be that "Shovelware" may be a regional colloquialism. Should find out what is French for "shitty games."

Of course we could always get a Wii fan from Germany to call them up and order them to make better games...

How do you mean? What am I missing here?

I guess he wanted to say that we let some other Europeans make a good game on the Wii and he choose Germany as a example.

Or refferring to the fact that Germany conquered France about 65 years ago?

I was in a Best Buy today and saw a lady was picking up "Imagine Babyz". I walked right over to her and told it was complete crap and suggested Professor Layton instead. She left with Layton. I'll continue with my video game vigilantism whenever the opportunity strikes.

One time in a Best Buy I talked a consumer out of buying Mario Party 7 for his kid and into buying Mario Sunshine instead, because he didn't know the difference between a board game and a platformer and didn't even look at the back of the box and just recognized the name Mario.

But damn, you're fighting the bigger fight.  I don't think I'm ready to tackle Imagine Babyz.  Keep it up.

haha i had a good laugh and great job man you rock

Umm... I don't know French. how much does this one cost, and... could I send this one to France instead? (I think it would be a little more of an insult, considering it was made for kids, like petz games):

(That one is only 89¢)

If you want to send it to France you're better off ordering from amazon.fr or you'll pay $30+ in shipping. 10 euros is a little over $10. Just search the "Jeux et Jouets" section of amazon.fr for "pelle" the word for shovel and a bunch of stuff will come up.

creative but yeah nvm...

haha I've stayed out of this whole boycott/ubidayz nonsense for the most part but this is great.

It's kinda confusing trying to navigate the French Amazon site but this could be hilarious if a bunch of people did this. Shall we try to get it on digg for more hits?

^ Just put it on other websites: Gametrailers, gamespot, Ign etc;.

 Yes. Yes we should.

This could be the beginnings of an epic event. I get the feeling that having a thousand plastic shovels turn up on their doorstop would get Ubisofts attentions. Even if it doesn't it would be fucking hilarious.
