It has to be retailer preorders. Think of it as a cap for how many units *can* sell in the first week. For example, if all retailers sold out in the first week that'd be about 200k sales. But there is still plenty of time for more retailers to order more copies before the game ships.

as The preliminary data is of "customers" buying the game....so in the case of pre-orders its should be that of the "customer pre0order level"
it is Y-Koron who gets that data not The source

These are retail pre orders. If demand is there then they will order more just like Monster Hunter 2.
So It seems to be retail pre-orders
even if TheSource own answer will be helpfull to us.
max 200k/week 1 is really not amazing to me
