 Are you using the condoms? They make it more confortable. Try not over exaggerate the motions when playing games too. A simple flick could do what a long swipe does. For example when I first got twilight princess I woulld swipe my whole arm and it would hurt. After a while I would just flick my wrist. It helps. If none of these work then I guess it's just you because the majority of the other 26 million wii owners don't have this problem. 

All I can say is:
I blame Wii Fit.

Can I sue Sony for making such a cramp inducing controller? (dual shock) ;) I always liked the dual shock but it was always hard to hold. The original Xbox controller was just as bad.

You are doing a consciously action, why would you be able to sue?

Ummm, no they don't, they have a duty to sell a product and make their investors money. They also have a duty to provide a product without flaws. That does not cause injury to the user due to an engineering flaw. Or fail at a high percentage. Carpal Tunnel is a chronic injury caused by repetive stress over years, meaning that any repetitive motion can cause injury, hammering, typing, and playing video games, this is why there is a disclaimer that you can see when you turn on the system or read the instruction boook. There have been many things that have contributed to your condition and just because you condition presented during gameplay does not prove causation.
