So where does The Source fit into the structure? Is he below a super mod in terms of corporate structure, but like lead analyst or something?

I'd love to see a full breakdown of all the people who work on this site. Not just mods, but contributors and that hierarchy and the way it interacts/intersects with mods. It's fascinating.

EDIT: I see I was beaten to the punch by you guys in that thought. Cool. Make it in depth as possible, please.

Actually a frontpage link, kind of "contact us", which would show who is who and who to contact on each matter. For example who to contact if you want to complain about moderation, a user etc. Who to contact if you want TheSource to make an interview about you. Who to contact about website issues. Who to contact in site suggestions and stuff like that. It could have the forum rules etc.
