Unless a game is boring is hell, I usually finish it before starting another. Maybe a second new game would take my attention off of it briefly, especially if I'm about to beat it.

Depending really, if it's a game i have been hyping for (Like GTA IV) i won't play anything else to i finish it, but if it's something not as big, i will hop from game to game.
