Just curious if anyone knows much about the Wii title Alien Syndrome. It looks very interesting to me but i have heard absolutely nothing about it. The only media i could really find was a developers diary on IGN. It looks like a very solid game to me but the lack of info i've heard on it makes me think twice about getting it. It is apparently being release in just under two months so i was hoping someone would be able to give me some info to help make my purchasing decision. Thanks everyone.

It's coming also to PSP. I think it won't be anything special.

i think it has 4 player coop, at the very least that could be very interesting.

Here is various sites with info. Seen some adds for it in magazines already. My guess, it's probably going to be decent (better then a movie game), but not one of the top 5 of the year.

I enjoyed the original coin-op game back in the late 80's, and the remake on the "Sega Ages" compilation that came out on the PS2 in the US (Sega Arcade Classics? I don't remember what it was called.)

I'm willing to give this one a chance, the RPG aspect and multi-player almost makes it a must-buy for me. (Thought it was going to be out earlier, actually, but July works.)

 It does look crappy, and I think most Wii users realize this...but it does look like it offers some old-school arcade-like gameplay...and that doesn't get old...it's eternal.
