There will be only one more FF game exclusive to sony. That will be the last major 3rd party game to be exclusive to sony. Next one will be on the Wii, just as the next big DQ game is on the DS. Square-Enix is going back to Nintendo's lovin'. wii play, zelda, SSB, SMGalaxy, MP3, wii sports (only count japan), Dragon Quest, Sadness, animal crossing, battalion wars 2, pokemon battle, etc. all over a million. I think your story about the wii sitting on a shelf for so long is bs. I have yet to speak to a retailer who has been able to even put them on a shelf for more that 30 mins after opening. However, the ps3 is in stock at every store i go to. walmart , yesterday, toyrus today, various gamestops/ebgames over phone today. face it, most people do not want to spend 600 on a game machine. Wii is going to sell similar to DS. 1st year 10m 2nd year 34m sold to users NOT shipped/sold to retailers.
The Wii's were both sold after sitting on the shelf for 4 hours. the next big DQ game is NOT a RPG. 3 by the end of 2007. Let's see here. FFXIII has been delayed. So cant count it anymore. Resistance, flOw, Motorstorm, Calling All Cars, Lair, WarHawk, Mercenaries2, Heavenly Sword, Assassins Creed, Killzone, WarDevil. Yup 3. I expect all those to be BIG sellers. I'm probibally going to buy every one of those. How many can you list exclusive for the Wii... That You will buy? As Far as I'm aware, looking at past nintendo styles, Nintendo already has all their cards on the table. And looking at sony... They still have a few things laying around. at least 2 or 3 untitled PS3 exclusives for 2007.

Superchunk, what your saying is... to make a Wii game... you have to program the game exclusively for the wii, and your basically referring to the fact that the Wii cant and wont ever be any good at multiplatform games? It better get some KILLER exclusives then... and I see more on both PS3 and 360. Thank you for agreeing so easily.

Kwaad, you do realize there are sales charts on this very web site, right? Why don't you take a look at those and see how the PS3 is faring compared to the Wii and 360. I'm not talking about what might or might not happen in the future, I'm talking about what has already been happening for almost 3 months now. I'm talking about the PS3 getting its ass handed to it by the competition. Once again, this is not speculation, opinion, or prediction, but fact. Take a look. Click that "VG CHARTS" icon at the top left corner of the screen. The latest chart, which can be found here, ( http://www.vgcharts.org/japweekly.php?page=1&date=39110 ) which is coincidentally from PS3's home country, shows the highest PS3 game at number 29. Look at numbers 6, 8, 16, and 26. Three of those are for Wii games, one for a 360 game, which is just sad. The 360's best selling game in Japan sold more than the PS3's. Now take a look at the hardware and total software pie charts at the bottom. Take as much time as you need for all of it to sink in. From your post history, I realize this may take a pretty good bit of time, but don't worry, we're here for you if you need help with any of the larger words. Then kindly shut the hell up with your idiotic babbling/trolling. PS: It's "probably" not "probibally." Why do you keep bashing people for listing something like, I dunno, the next Wii Zelda game, and yet you say there's 2 or 3 untitled PS3 exclusives still. The Wii undoubtedly has unannounced games as well. I think it's better if you just don't mention untitled games...it doesn't help an argument. Unfortunately I am not as rich as you, so I can't buy as many Wii exclusives as your PS3 exclusives, but if I could, I would buy Battalion Wars 2, Cooking Mama (it'd be fun for parties), Disaster: Day of Crisis, Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, maybe Heatseeker (although that's not really exclusive), Zelda, Mario Party 8 (another good party game), Metroid Prime 3, maybe Mortal Combat (but it kinda looks sucky), No More Heroes, Prince of Persia, Project Hammer, Sadness, Sonic, SSX Blur, SSBB...there's a couple other maybes, like Mario Galaxy and Rayman, stuff that I might get if it's good enough or I have enough money for it. But stop pretending like the Wii doesn't have good exclusives coming out. March will not be the "month of the PS3" like you think it will.

Resistance I can see doing moderately well for PS3, mainly because it's the only good game for the system at the moment. It's like a small ruby or emerald in an abandoned mine, not as good as a big ole' diamond though. ;) Motorstorm.... I don't see making much of an impact considering how crappy it turned out for the Japanese release, and the rumors of it being worked on more for the stateside/europe release are still just rumors last time I checked. There will be some people who love it, but then again, there are some people who love Excite Truck for Wii or Fortezmo-something for 360 too. *shrugs* Assassin's Creed - Looks to be a great game, but being on both PS3 and 360 (maybe PC too?) sure won't help give the PS3 much of a boost. Killzone - A lot of people are going to be skeptical of it, and rightfully so after the problems with the first. May do well eventually, but unless it blows people away (which I doubt), I don't see it being an immediate blockbuster. Heavenly Sword - Will probably do quite well if it lives up to it's promises, but I don't see it selling the console as well as Devil May Cry series might (if it stays PS3 only). Lair - I guess I'm the only one who thought it looked rather lame.... -,- WarHawk - Fans of the original will probably love it, but it didn't exactly impress too many people at E3'06, and the opinion on it so far hasn't changed too much since them from what I've seen. Mercenaries2 - Potentially a hidden gem if EA can pull it off. I wouldn't usually bet on it, unless EA's track record for the Wii rubs off on the PS3. :) WarDevil - I never heard of this one before, so I'll refrain from commenting. As it stands, the Sony needs SEVERAL of these that are PS3 exclusive titles to be fantastic so they can be "system sellers", simply because those that have 360 versions of some of them are technically already lost sales for the console (compared to if it was PS3 only, I mean). If they turn out to be average-good, then PS3 sales won't be affected too much, and they will be mainly bought by people who already own the PS3 and are looking for good games for it. Btw, I forgot to reply to your 1 comment on Fire Emblem Wii, Kwaad. I'm looking forward to using a point-and-click interface on the ungodly numbered strategic battlefields (44?), I have a hard time imagining using a controller would be better than that. :p
