Your one-sided definition of the term "hardcore games" is biased. PS3 and 360 feature a lot more violent action games, that's true. But I don't care for any of those, although I'm a hardcore gamer.
So yeah, I feel a bit of satisfaction to see 360 and PS3 struggle, because I *personally* dislike their approach to video gaming. Too many war games. Not because they're HD (it's just another technical feature, after all).
