Again, surprised no one is interested in this -- this game was developed by Game Arts.

Probably because we already discussed it to death.

Seriously though, it's not really surprising, but it's not actually developed by Game Arts, but by as Sakurai put it "A collaborative dream team of great developers from Nintendo and myself."

Game Arts is just the name of the company Sakurai was given to work with when he split from Nintendo, but he's the original developer of Smash, and he remains in good standings with Nintendo. Even since the break, all the games he's made have been on Nintendo systems.

Another Pokemon? *Sigh* oh well the other one seems interesting it could give some more info on the game before it’s out (like when did they start on the game really). I haven’t read it yet but I will after this

That heart swap thing is freaking sweet. I don't think he was clear on the damage meter thing though. He says "your damage meter remains as it was," but does that mean you're using your opponent's damage meter while you're in their body, or your own damage meter?

yeah, he wasn't very clear on that Entroper.

Woah guys, huge development. Has Brawl been leaked?

www.brawlcentral.com has pictures of what's believed to be the game disc and starting roster screen.

I think it is sick that the game isn't even out yet and their is practically nobody who would even argue with that point.

Just what has been seen and heard has made believers out of a lot of people and despite my attempts to keep my hype on this game low until it got closer to release (the Olimar update absolutely destroyed that =P) I find myself extremely hyped over a month out from the game and nearly 50% of the characters unknown.  I can't imagine the game types, modes, features, items, etc... that haven't even been unveiled yet.  These guys have really thrown the kitchen sink at this one.....

yeah I went there....

To Each Man, Responsibility

21 characters for a starting roster? I hope that is true!

Sounds about right to me. 21 starting and about 35-40 total. That would be right in line with the percentage of starters vs. unlockables in previous games. I'm going to say I think this is legit.

I think it's real. If there are 35 characters, I'll be slightly disappointed. I want 38-42.
