Kirby Dream Land 2 has got to be the best Kirby ever (well, probably not really, but it will always be for me, in the same way I think Link´s awakening will probably always be the best zelda...)

I certainly agree that the Brawl Bowser looks generally more badass than most of his appearances (thinking Super Paper Mario), but you can´t deny he never feels so much as a villain as Ganon. But of course the fact he looks badass in Brawl will probably compensate that.

Also, Super Mario Galaxy also redeemed Bowser, who hadn't been properly represented since Mario 64.

In addition, Lucario would replace Mewtwo because Lucario's possible moveset very closely resembles Mewtwo's existing moveset. At least, most people think so.
