Did they announced the two characters yet?

When will they do it? (If they didn't already).

I was thinking that the Ninja Gaiden guy would be a great character for Brawl.

They are most likely done with 3rd party characters Konnichiwa. Sakurai said 2 or 3 at the most including Snake. We now have 2, so at most there is one more.
