He specifically said in a recent Dojo update that not all music would be orchestrated....there would also be a lot of classic songs that obviously shouldn't be orchestrated, like Mario Bros. theme, etc.

I honestly don't care that much, as long as the arrangements are good. Orchestration is GREAT, but it's more of a treat than a necessity to me.
