In order of Likelihood

1. Resident Evil Character (With recent success of franchise on Nintendo consoles it would make sense)

2. Mega Man (A classic character who would be quite at home in Smash Brothers and probably my favorite pick)

3. Dante from Devil May Cry (Another big series with an upcomming instalment and Dante would make a great fighter in the game)

4. Monster Hunter character (a possibility given how big the game is in Japan)

Don't forget Viewtiful Joe. Started off his life on the Gamecube. He is definately above Monster Hunter and Dante in likelyhood.

Capcom announces Final game in the Trilogy coming to exclusively to the Wii.
