 Released screenshots are always photoshopped, but as Ben said, lighting may have just not been compiled or shadows may have been taken out that day for whatever reason.

That metroid music sounds cool it's a lot better than yoshi's music.

I was thinking about some of the people in the first two games returning I think everyone from the first two will return because there was no one in the first one that didn't make the second one I don't see a reason for them to leave people out. The only thing I think will happen is that all clones will be gone (Young Link, Pichu, Falco Lombardi, Dr. Mario) and I think Ganondorf is a important enough villain to get his own move set instead of being a rip-off of Captin Falcon. But all those other people were just clones with slight differences.
