I didn't expect Sheik to come back...

I'd have to wait and see about that one...I just can't see Sheik being a separate character, unless the TP Zelda still changed into Sheik...which isn't impossible I suppose...

There is also the possibility that his words are easily taken out of context. After talking about his team doing the models for the first characters, meaning Melee, after that he doesn't mention Sheik but says that the models were tweaked for Brawl. That does not mean that Sheik is in Brawl. He could have just meant Link, Ganondorf, Zelda, etc. this does bring the possibility back again though.

Sheik was MY best character in Melee. Kirby was my best character in the original.

Oh no, Sheik, I never liked her, she was way too cheap... but any addition is good.

And yeah, Ike has no fashion sense at all, he should use some Everlast boots, they would look better on that outfit ;)

More than anything, Smash Bros. is a competitive action game. People have been kind enough to praise its multiplayer, but we’ve never been able to create a fully fleshed out single-player game.

This time, though, we’ve managed to create a complete side-scrolling action game. It’s storyline isn’t overwrought—it’s hastened along by a bunch of quick movies.

The Adventure mode also emphasizes character development. You’ll see many famous characters persevering under the weight of their personal histories, shouldering their unique burdens... It’s really something you won’t see anywhere else.

With so many wonderful characters appearing together, it’s like a dream action game. We’re putting tons of fighting spirit into making this game, so I hope you’re all looking forward to it.

Oh, and this is all included in the same Game Disc, so rest easy.

I consider these like story based adventure modes PER CHARACTER for the entire game...

Ben, this deserves an actual forum post separate from this topic. People who would normally just write off Smash Bros. as a multiplayer only game need to see this. It could really change some minds about how much this game means.
