You join Brightspot.tv, and then link your account to a subscription account, like Gamefly, or Napster I think they just added...

They give a few ads at a time...so you can't watch them all at once...and they'll never give you more than $10 worth of ads. You watch, say, a 30 second ad for McDonalds. Then they ask you 2 or 3 questions, like, "Do you like fast food?" or "What did this commercial's theme convey?" The questions are basically meaningless...you can answer the multiple choice questions any way you want...you'll still get money.

If you answer that you don't like fast food though, they'll slowly stop sending you fast food ads...you'll get ads that cater to your interests. I don't really care, but at least they're not all feminine product ads or whatever...mildly interesting...I just mute them half the time anyway.

But yeah, a half hour of ads every month in exchange for $10 off my Gamefly account is DEFINITELY worth it.

Anyone else notice that Brawl is the #1 item in videogames on Amazon? Crazy!

That's crazy...I don't understand people pre-ordering on Amazon anyway...

My friend pre-ordered Guitar Hero: Rock the 80s direct from the publisher or whatever....they guaranteed shipment on the release date...but he hasn't gotten it yet, even though it was in stores yesterday...he'll probably get it today or tomorrow, since the shipping tracker's shown it's been in Illinois for the past 4 days......

I'd rather pre-order from a physical store...cause if it's not there, at least I can physically yell at them hehe.

I already reserved my copies of The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Super Mario Galaxy, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl at Gamestop. Now.... the wait.

Quick question to everybody:

How much time will you guys spent on this game the first week you get it ??? Some people are obsessed with beeing the best real fast or want all charakters levels and extras ASAP.

Me ??? Hard to say, I don´t care how well I do as long as I have fun and I take my time unlocking stuff since I hate having done everything in a week, so I´ll play about 1 hour a day, 2 if my brothers or buddies are around, max 3 if people are around and there is Online. So how obsessive do you think you will be ??? The way its shaping up (really really well IMO) I might play about 3-5 hours the first day and than as stated above.  

Just whant to know what your first week habbits are for a great game like this.

Well it's hard to say...I was quite a bit younger when I first got my GC...I just liked to play the game, and get the characters as they came...I wasn't even sure how to get them all. Once I only had a few left, I searched online to find out how to get the rest.

I don't think I'm gonna rush this game too much either.

I'll try to get everything fast. After I have everything, I'll play with all the characters. Oh, it will be so awesome.

I'm a completionist, so I'll work on getting through each mode with each available character, also with any characters unlocked along the way. Then I'll figure it out from there.
