I was not implying ported games in the above comment. Everyone is fully aware of the financial process publishers go through when releasing a game on more than one platform.

The "superior power" and the hype of Cell technology is nothing more than a ploy by Sony's P.R. department. (which also includes many exclusive development teams such as Hideo Kojima's) I do not entirely blame their P.R. department though, just look at the sales for this console.

And exclusives will only come back to the PS3 if console sales increase significantly due to a hefty price drop and/or a few killer games. I have not seen a PS3 exclusive that will come out this year that is a "system seller."

When GT5 comes out it will sell a lot of systems, also Tekken6, MGS4, Heavenly Sword and FF. The first two alone will sell a crapload of systems. I know a bunch of people waiting for at least one of the first 3 games before they buy.

Well, none of those games are out yet. I'm expecting great things from MGS, but do you really expect developers to say "Well, the console is just so-so, but our game rocks? No they want to get everyone ramped!

I was very excited for lair, but after seeing the gameplay videos, it wasn't quite what I was expecting.

My opinion on the Cell processor is that it does some thing better and some things worse. For an analogy... It kind of like a train vs a bus. A train can carry more people, but a bus can take any route. Sometimes the train will be faster, sometimes the bus will be faster.

GT5, Tekken 6, F.F. 13, and M.G.S. 4 are not coming out this year.

Tekken6 may come in the end. Also GT5 prologue is possible this year too.
Killzone 2 public beta is going to come this year too.
FFXIII demo may come this year too.
