It's just Havok. It's in quite a few Wii games, including Brawl and The Force Unleashed.
Ha! I just checked the Havok website, Carnival Games uses it. And look at all these shovelware games sitting next to AAA titles, on platforms as weak as the PSP and as strong as the PS3:

Guys, the "nintendo fanboys" aren't actually getting angry.. Josh from WiiFolder is pretty lighthearted and if you've seen any of his voice-over videos you'd know he was doing it as a joke more than anything.. everyone relax about this bad-blood between Rare and Nintendo, no one is fighting except for the idiots who think Rare and Nintendo actually have it out for one another
