OPS2M lost its editor Tim Clark who went to set up OPM, which covers all playstation platforms. I have copies of both PSM and OPM from the last few months (in fact I have all but two of the OPM mags). I have been a subscriber to the official PlayStation Magazine for a long time, but I had to change my subscription to get the new OPM instead of the old OPS2M, PSM is completely different. While future publishing does all of them, there is an official playstation range of mags, which is OPM, OPS2M, and OPSPM EDIT: are you talking about the US version? I am talking about the UK |
Ah, UK.. Go figure, hah. Because in the US, I have my issues of OPM and PSM as well, except the PSM staff is now OPM staff and I get that instead of PSM, because it no longer exists. Future only has OPM here, I believe.
@libellule
If he is a C rated actor then it's his picture,,,,cause that's a picture of an actor
That was my bad, because I'm not going to read the review...so I didn't see that it was UK OPM, which should have been in the title or post.

Yeah because the scores are better than Nintendo games? |
Or maybe because they gave GTA4 10/10 more for the hype then merit?
It's like, they blasted AC for lack of polish and graphical hiccups, but only say it's a minor thing in this game even though it has the same thing?
Personally, I don't think MGS4 deserves a 10/10, knowing full well that I haven't even played the game. My only reason is that 10/10 designates perfection, it's like what happened in the official Nintendo mag for my country they gave 100% to mario 64 and then when perfect dark was released they gave it 110%. I wouldn't mind a site like IGN giving a 10/10 or even gametrailers because they are so very rare, but when sites like gamespy and xplay doll it out every week, kind of loses it's meaning. But, I do believe there are a few games out there that deserve a 10/10, but it would have to be such a ground breaking game that it's flaws are nothing in comparison (OoT certainly achieves that and Mario 64 is pretty damn close to it).
I think it'll hit about 94% average on gamerankings when all the reviews are done.
Thats Jensen Ackles in his avatar, he's one of the actors from Supernatural :D

AC got 8/10 from the mag due to repetitive missions.
They only give integers, so 10/10 does not mean perfection, it means >9.5/10
@libellule
lol I mean an actor that's in C rated(Not very good)movies/TV series.
GTA has very little graphical problems, btw...AC received a lot of great reviews for good reasons, and some not so great reviews for good reasons. It's not a good of a game as GTA IV.
