 See but I strongly dissagree with that statement, I'm a fairly easy pleaser, and to me, a 10 should be awarded if you play a game, throughoughly enjoy it, and after playing it look back and go, wow, I can find nothing wrong with that experience, it was enjoyable through every aspect. I'm tired of innovation being the new guide for a games quality -_-; what happened to people just enjoying great games? Sequels get trashed this day in age because they don't "reinvigorate" the market, seriously who gives a shit? Some people tire of playing the same thing over and over, but some of us love sticking to something that works, I don't care how played out certain things can be, as long as they're a blast to play then whats the problem?

I don't know how anyone could trust an "exclusive" review, especially from an "official" magazine for a brand.

Nope, me neither. I can deal with a little preaching if it's subtle and well-told.

MGS2 was anything but subtle or well-told. It rambled and removed the player from the experience far too much of the time to ever be considered great storytelling. Storytelling is about immersing your audience, not attempting to remove them entirely.

Alright guys, 10 out of 10 goes to anything enjoyable. I love those guidelines for a review. Its really credible.

well this game deserves the review it got because the amount of time and effort put into it reflects in the gameplay.

The review system is not broken its just that more good games are coming out more often then last gen. i mean all 3 consoles this gen really do need to bring out really good games to sell the consoles and that reflects in the revire scores,

but last gen it was just the ps2 that was doing well on the market, so developers did not have to bring out really good games to sell the systems, ans that reflects in the reviews.

I do agree that two many 10 are being given out but you are all going on like every game scores like in the high 9 but they dont. so stop moaning and just enjoy the games
